Beatbox Entertainment is one of the biggest concert promoters in Denmark working with national and international artists. During our collaboration we have worked with the following events and artists: Bon Iver, Arctic Monkeys, alt-J Interpol, Suede, A Perfect Circle, Twenty One Pilots, Bastille, The Internet, George Ezra, First Aid Kit, Eros Ramazzotti, Years & Years, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Rudimental, Hozier, John Grant, Tom Odell, Dermot Kennedy, Above & Beyond, Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats, The Midnight, SAVEUS, Benal, Aurora, Gregory Alan Isakov, Elvis In Concert, BBC Planet Earth II – Live In Concert.
Melt was in charge of creating full marketing strategies for each concert including: outdoor advertising, print, social media marketing, paid-marketing campaigns, content production, community management, influencer marketing, PR, collaboration with external organizations, coordinations with artists, promoters, labels, venues, ticket providers and more.
To ensure a high engagement on socials and a low CPA (Cost per acquisition) on paid-campaigns, we used data from different platforms and visually appealing content to approach the market. Each concert was build up around three phases; awareness, consideration and conversion. During the two first phases a hype around the concerts got set into motion, by using a mix of PR, digital events, content-marketing, collaborations with the band and other music-related actors in Copenhagen. The last phase focused on direct sales through retargeting campaigns and a push of urgency related content.
Melt have successfully created marketing campaigns for shows with an audience capacity between 1,500 – 16,000+.
